You will have a total of ten minutes for your presentation & feedback. For those ten minutes I expect you to OWN the space & the people in it. If you need a confederate - especially if your piece is performative - please look at the list above & find someone who is not presenting just before or after you.
This is an opportunity to get straight forward feedback from people who have no knowledge of your work - take advantage!
- You should know the questions/areas you want to explore both with your piece & with this presentation
- Use the presentation to test an area of your piece that needs the work - you can bring everyone through a single experience, divide into groups - whatever is most helpful to you to move your work forward.
- Be specific about the start & finish of your presentation
- I strongly discourage talking about your work at the start. Let the work speak for itself first - afterwards you can ask questions.
See you on Thursday!
